Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How many sizes do you have available and which one is best for my job?
Quick Space carries a particularly large inventory with many shapes, sizes, and configurations, including mobile and refrigerated units. There are benefits to each type of container. We are happy to work with you to find the container best suited to your job. Get a sense of our selection then contact us so we can answer your questions and make sure your needs are met.
Q: How long will it take to get my container?
In most cases we can deliver your container or building within 24 hours.
Q: Where are your delivery locations?
Check out our coverage map here. If you are curious about delivery prices, please don’t hesitate to contact us. If you are unsure as to whether we can deliver to your site, simply call us so that we can provide an immediate answer about your specific location.
Q: Do you only work with commercial companies?
Though we do work with large companies and major retailers, no job is too small or too big for Quick Space. If you are a residential customer we have smaller containers to meet your needs as well. We have lots of options to accommodate jobs of every size and budget.
Q: Will these containers protect my belongings?
We only use containers made from high-quality steel. We perform regular maintenance to our delivery vehicles as well as the containers themselves to ensure they are secure, wind and watertight, and in great working order.
Q: What kind of access do I need to have a container or office delivered?
It is essential that you have sufficient access to allow us to drive a truck and trailer into the site with enough room to maneuver so we can safely drop the container, office, etc. in the desired location. As an example, to deliver a 20′ or 24′ container the truck would need at least a 70’ straight approach to be able to drop the unit properly. If you have any concerns regarding your parcel, please call us and we can help you determine the best size and access for your property.
Q: Can the trucks damage my driveway?
Yes the trucks are extremely heavy, as are the containers themselves, and most household or even commercial driveways are not necessarily constructed to withstand the weight. If you have a driveway, curbs or pavers near or at the access point to the property, please make sure to inform Quick Space when placing your order or receiving a quote. We can work with you to ensure that your property is not damaged.
Q: How will I be billed for my rental?
We have a 28-day billing cycle and will invoice you 10 days prior to the due date of your rent. You can elect to receive invoices electronically or hard copies via mail. When you establish service with us, we charge the first month’s rent as well as both delivery and pickup fees the day you have your item delivered.
